Bidrage med feedbackThe poor management at this restaurant seems to lack an understanding of the fundamental issue with their drive-thru pickup system, which causes confusion with regular dine-in orders. After I explained that I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up an order I placed 40 minutes earlier, they informed me that they were at the end of the line of cars. This means that if any car in front of them has a large order, the drive-thru wait time can balloon to 20 minutes. Instead, management should find a better way to manage the pickup process, perhaps by utilizing the parking lot or another area for pickups, so customers aren't left waiting unnecessarily. As a result, I ended up with a cold meal that cost $16. If they need to justify wasting 20 minutes of a customer's time waiting for an already prepared order, then they really shouldn't be in business, whether due to understaffing or other issues. If they can't efficiently serve customers quickly, they shouldn't advertise themselves as a fast-casual dining option.
This place is so unique and has the best Vietnamese food. I never had veggie spring rolls so well before. I have a cream from the vegetarian menu and it was incredible. we will definitely be back.
Mediocre food. noodles like 25c ramen from a package. would be better than just a drive. service was quite non-existent as waitress also the drive thru and everything else ran. probably never back.
This was the best Vietnamese food we've had in the area. It offers a unique fusion of traditional dishes with innovative new flavors. The cooking appears to be somewhat inspired by Thai cuisine as well. Unfortunately, the pho was the least impressive dish; it looked bland and the noodles were a bit off—almost stale. However, the black bean sauce was outstanding, and we were thrilled they had it, as many places don't. The gluten-free fritters were exceptional, and the accompanying sauce was delicious. The curry had a lovely depth of flavor and was perfectly cooked. They were also accommodating with gluten-free options. We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you!
When they contacted me again, they confirmed that the kitchen staff had indeed forgotten to include one of my orders. However, they asked if I could come back to pick it up, which was quite inconvenient. I asked if they could just refund me the amount instead, but I was told that their system doesn’t allow for refunds. How is it possible for a business not to have a way to process refunds? They then asked if I would accept a gift card for the missing amount. I agreed, thinking it would be easier for everyone. They promised to send the gift card amount to my phone via text, but I never received it. I recommend double-checking your bag before leaving or, better yet, consider taking your business elsewhere.
