Mcdonald's - High Point

Last week, they messed up my sandwich three times, and I actually had to drive back to the store. This week, they’re handing out sandwiches drenched in sauce. My advice? Avoid going between 2 and 4 PM.

The service here is extremely slow, and my orders are frequently incorrect. On the plus side, the staff generally have good intentions. There tends to be a crowd at the counter, which makes it unclear where to line up. Additionally, the kiosks often run out of paper, leaving you without a receipt. As a result, it's sometimes hard to tell whether your order has been received or if it's still being processed.

The food was truly disappointing! I specifically requested freshly cooked nuggets since it was late, and I wanted to avoid receiving anything that had been sitting around for a long time. I communicated this clearly to the cashier at the speaker on two occasions and reiterated my request at the window, and each time she assured me they would be fresh. Trusting her response, I didn’t check the order before leaving. However, when I got home, the nuggets were stale and lacked any flavor, clearly indicating they were old. This should never have happened, especially after I asked three times. I'm very disappointed. Why serve outdated food simply out of a lack of effort? If you’re not willing to prepare fresh items, then this job might not be a good fit for you.

The clown is losing his grip. It was a typical McDonald's. The workers on break apparently come out into the dining and sit. Where they yell at each other across the table. It didn't really bother us too terribly much. Because we've come to expect this.

Wasn't busy. Took a long time to get our food. Then the order was wrong. Ice cream machine was locked. McCurry was not operational. No ice. No Ketchup. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Every surface I touched was sticky.
