Jersey Mike's Subs - High Point

It's Jersey Mike's. Around here, we pretty much know that Jersey Mike's subs are going to be delicious. Everything was so fresh and I love seeing my food get prepared. Besides Subway, there aren't a lot of places that you can see it all come together.

I'd never been there before, I went with a friend she ordered a large sub which was waaay bigger than typical sub eateries a tasty sub!

Wonderful food very helpful staff. Ariel took are order, she was quick and thorough. She was so nice and very pleasant. Food came fast. It was perfect, restreaunt was clean well organized. Will definitely be going back.

I ordered a giant Philly cheese steak with ONLY onions, mushrooms and extra mayo ONLY! Yes I made sure to say ONLY cause I know it comes with peppers which I don’t eat. The lady even read it back to me. I get my sandwich and drive 30 mins away to another city and get to my destination and open my sandwich and it’s full of peppers! I called back and told the same lady that took my order and she said I’m sorry about that. Yep, that was all she said until I asked was that it your sorry about it but not going to do anything about it. $17.03 and there is nothing you can do about it. Oh then says I can give you 10% off your next sandwich. Excuse me so what am I supposed to do with this one. If you bring it back tonight I can fix you another one. I’m not driving back there tonight. So basically I’m out $17.03! Thanks for nothing! This happened to me a couple years ago when the same store put extra jalapeños on my sub and I don’t even eat them but they remade my sandwich the next day.

On June 21st at 3 p.m., I noticed that this store was the cleanest I've ever seen it. Kudos to the staff for their excellent work in maintaining such cleanliness!
