Chili's Grill - High Point

This Chili's was fantastic! The chips and guacamole were wonderful, and I even had some leftovers to take home. The Cajun pasta was delicious. Our waiter was very friendly, too...

This was the best restaurant experience I've ever had. I used to work at two different Chili's locations years ago, but the atmosphere and food quality here are truly exceptional.

Each time I order the sampler appetizer from this place through DoorDash, they consistently get my order completely wrong.

The wait for our drinks and appetizers was unusually long for a fast-casual restaurant, especially considering the place was only half full. We were more disappointed with the service than anything else.

I took my son out for his birthday, and he had requested that the staff sing to him. When I mentioned this to the greeter, she assured me that it would happen. However, after waiting 25 minutes, no one came to sing. A waitress stopped by to check on us, and when I mentioned the wait, she said she wasn't aware of any plan for a birthday song. She then handed me the check.
