I usually enjoy great service and delicious food at this restaurant, but my most recent visit was quite disappointing. I stood at the counter for several minutes while multiple employees were present, yet no one acknowledged me until another customer did. After finally placing my order, I was told it would take less than 10 minutes. I waited in my car and returned after 10 minutes, only to find that my sandwich was still not ready. What should have taken 10 minutes turned into a 25-minute wait, even though there were only two other customers in the restaurant. When my sandwich finally arrived, it tasted undercooked—the cheese wasn’t even melted—and it was barely warm by the time I got home. I noticed they were training new staff during my visit, but as a customer, I would have appreciated being prioritized.

I just ordered lunch for the first time, and I’m really impressed! The steak salad and chicken rice soup were both fantastic. I can't wait to come back!

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is consistently amazing, and Laura is the most wonderful waitress I've ever encountered.
