Panera Bread - Hickory

Incompetent employee, management, franchisee. I have two orders back to the back. I wanted my money back for dinner, I couldn't eat and got $20 gift card. the commands were much more than that.

I went there a week ago and this big black man visited me with a posture and he kept saying the N word to his young employees, worked there. then forget this white girl my side, and I think she smoked on the line and did not command until someone also told her and then, when I got my food, the Mexican girl messed up my order after I had told the big boy not to lay dead on my sandwich. Overall, I am disappointed because they should train these little children and show them how to actually do their job. I won't even talk about the manager, fake did and bosse attitude.

Love this panera brot! to north panera brote are a little better overall. but this was certainly a good one! they have good coffee and delicious food. if they don't try their broccoli cheddar suppe yet! it's amazing!

The suppe in the broth bowl is habit to form. eating is a little over price. we have our eating very fast. food: 5/5

Edit: I went to the store and they offered to make me a new bowl or asked what they could do to make it better. I asked for the vegetables that were missing which they provided. They kindly offered some bakery items to offset the experience. The staff was quick to remedy the issue.I attempted to order two teriyaki chicken bowls and was told it would be 45 minutes before it would be available. I then asked about the Mediterranean chicken bowl. The lady told me that they had all the ingredients for it and could make it and I would like it because it has more vegetables. I ordered two bowls and it's missing the arugula and cucumbers. The only vegetables were tomatoes and olives. I have attempted to call the store multiple times and no one is answering. Very unhappy with my experience.
