Ihop - Hickory

My last visit to Ihop in Hickory was disappointing. The pancakes were undercooked in the middle, the bacon was overdone, and the eggs were not cooked to my preference. Additionally, the coffee had a burnt, unpleasant taste.

We live in the city and visit ihop at least once in the month for the crepes. I have tried to be patient with the lack of personal, but are frustrated when the food is delivered cold or, in the case of hash browns ordered scattered well done, they barely brown. I also want coffee aplenty, especially at $2.49. the breakfast was okay, the hathbrowns are not to eat. the pancakes were great, and some enjoyed their crepes. but I was really angry at this week when I paid the ****, I think it was $23.18, with twenty-one and ten. I had set five $1,00 bills on the table for a tipp, the server took the $30 and the leak. she came back and left 6 dollars on the table and laughing said she had no sharpshoot. She didn't turn around, she rounded herself to the gunst. she took 82 cent of my money and I must assume that it went into her pocket, not the register. she left the table 82 cents richer and did not return. I left $4 and $12 cent richer than I would have been, she would have brought me the right change again. since when is it ok to keep a waitress money when it is only jingle

I never write reviews, but I had to do this time because my kendra was so amazing. I slept in myself and she was so friendly and sweet and completely made my evening. her service was fantastic and was really quick to get my order and has often verified me. next time I will definitely call kendra!

This review is not for the server, it did well and I do not remember their names, but the experience beyond was not good. they have dirty socks and mums right in front of the front doors, the majority of the employees sees dirty and sloppy and unreasonable. I asked another server for something cute and she acted like me an inconvenience and rolled her eyes on me. my omelette had a hair melted in my cheese, the kitchen staff was visible and nobody wore hair nets. the furniture in the inner fell apart. when they go to eat, is more than just how good that is eating and how fast they get it out of the kitchen, this needs a lot of changes if they want that customers back more than once.

The first time that I had eaten in every facility 2. had 2 abandoned customers waited 45min. I don't like pancakes. waffel? it's all. love... wooooo a love.
