El Taconon - Hickory

I've seen this truck multiple times, but never stopped. We finally tried it tonight. The food was a little above average. The tacos were good, but a little lacking in flavor even with the sauce and lime wedges that were included. I will likely try the truck again and order something different. Tonight was $66 for 4 people. Very pleasant, ordered 2 asada and 2 carnita tacos. Very fast (she said it would be 15 minutes, no biggie, but it took less than 10 and there were 4 other orders in front of me). Felt like some authentic tacos. This place had good reviews and a decent health safety score. Was everything i expected. I thought it was a bit pricey for the serving sizes (traditional food truck prices) but not enough to keep me away. A definite place to try.
