Dunkin' - Hickory

I'm not sure they're under new ownership? but I waited for the loudspeaker in passing for 10 minutes until someone said hello or asked about my order. So I came out of the line and went into the load, and they are very busy inside and none of the hired knew what they did, there were orders that were secured. So I just left and I won't be back!

My daughter used to visit this restaurant when she was in school, and whenever she was in the neighborhood, she would come here specifically for their drink and donuts.

Worst experience ever, ordered online and went to pick up. No one can help and then I see a girl sitting in the floor and hiding in the back. my job was totally wrong and the service was terrible. I will never be back to this place ever!

The staff seemed unhappy and did not mix drinks correctly.

Favorite place to go for breakfast! I’m there every morning!
