Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Hickory

Eating is decent, and we order here quite often, but they always forget something. and it is a great inconvenience to go back to the load almost every time, just because they have forgotten something on our order. we have two brisket sandwich combos and they kind of messed up. I don't know how to consider how easy it is. but it's a big disappointment, I just wouldn't order to go here or door ****.

Spent $35, ordered a bit of chopped bbq and a few other dings. I got it home and it wasn't chopped. there were 3 huge lumps of it. it had to eat with my hands and eat as if it were a apple. two stars because the tee was good. definitiw not worth $35. will not be back. better.

That's my 2nd time in 2 weeks. Last week I ordered online. I didn't know they were closed because I live in lenior. but this was fixed, went today 10-15 and ordered 3 meat plates. one of the burned ends has nothing but fat. we only have 1 piece of disk breeze apiece and only 1 of us got a roll. Two times was not satisfied. I'm going to jds smokehouse. they give much larger shares for a cheaper price. I didn't get a piece of brisket right now. that was 1 of the biggest bill

After a hard Monday my wife went out to find an evening meal for the crew. on thicky’s 1st time.) she decided to order on the line. when she arrived to pick up the order, a woman who said she was the district manager brought the bag of eating and retrieved hamburger?! Why did they order hamburger? they are frozen and not very good... maybe we would have taken the warning and warned, but we decided to give it. bad movement. the burgers were sloppily mounted and the bungalows were dry and crumbling. the salate was devastated and the tomato very muddy and almost rotten tasting. I could have let all these things go. but the burgerpatties were not even edible. they were burned to a hockey puck consistency, tasted terrible and looked worse the waffelfries were also not edible. greasy, limp and cold, although the dame said that the reason why eating was a last to get out was that they waited for fresh frits. the brisket on the brisket and the freighter was ok. I called the invite to complain, and was told by dj the manager that it wasn't hanging that he could do to do the right thing. no new food, no refund, and suggested to do exactly what I do now. I think the right management/owner would be very interested in knowing the bad quality food that serves their restaurant and having a desire to do this right. as it stands, I was on $60 and ended with a few sinking and cracker from my refrigerator in the night to dinner. I know this is a BBQ place. but if they can't do better than that, simply take the burgers from the menu.

Outstanding customer service! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious!
