Dairy Queen - Hickory

Stopped in for a couple of shakes during this hot North Carolina summer day. It was cool that this is an old style, you order outside. They have a couple of benches to enjoy your treats but we just got them to go to enjoy on the road. The outside could use a little trash pick up bit overall appears to be a clean facility. They were nice when ordering but short. This could just be because they had continuous customers.

Fast and courteous service. I've enjoyed going to Dairy Queen ever since I was a small boy. I stop now and get me and my girl Lucy a Vanilla cone.

This was the cutest place, and right off the beaten path. You can't go wrong with a DQ treat. The employees were friendly and the icecream was delicious.

I love this little place, it’s been around for a long time and the only ice cream that doesn’t mess with me.

This is a great family run business that serves good products in a timely manner and in a very clean environment the owner and her son are very personal they know all most all their customers
