Vicky Bakery - Hialeah

2885 W 68th St Hialeah LocationThis location I believe is the one that needs the most improvement. Service lacks quite a bit along with attitude and a smile Went there today and ordered some pastries and wanted a Cafe Bonbon (1/2 espresso and 1/2 condensed mil). Well, I was told they didn't have any. So did the lady mean they had no espresso or no condensed mil?? I know it was total BS but I ended up taking less than what I came in for and will go to the Miami Lakes location next time. This place needs a lot of work!

I've ordered from this Vicky bakery a few times through ubereats. They always get my order correct and deliver in taste and quality. They have the best pastelitos de guayaba (guava). Those are my favorite and they always hit the spot. My kids love this bakery. You know if it's kid approved, it's good!I think all Vicky bakeries are the same on the inside where they display their delicious concoctions of magic and they are always busy. Vicky bakery is a major staple in the entire city of Miami.

I got two beef empanadas I got a cheese and ham empanada two tequenos and two croquettes, everything was cold and old. I could have gotten better empanadas from a gas station I don't see what the hype about Vicky's is and the people that work there have a chip on their shoulder and look like they don't know what to do. Needless to say I didn't finish the food I just threw it on the floor at the next red light ?️?️?️

Placed an online order for 7:30 AM pickup for a party platter. I show up well past 8:00am only to be told to make the line with the other people. So what’s the point of me paying services fees online if I still have to make the line? Disrespectful towards people who pay extra fees for a service and to save time only to be told it was pointless.

Just ordered an uber eats order from here which arrived super quick. Upon arrival, everything except for the cuban toast was cold and stale. I have never tried eating such horrible croquettes. Wow how can you guys even attempt to send this food. Is it because you don’t have to face the customer directly? You don’t deserve to be on uber eats. Hopefully they take action after my complaint.
