Vicky Bakery - Hialeah

I'll give credit where credit is due. after a year, the disregard for the wrong order was improved with the ordering of a Cuban sandwich, which she mayo only on the brot and nothing else the attention and service.

I have tried to give vicky bakery several chances at different locations, and honestly, they just can't get it right. both paints I ordered shakes (batidos), it is always room temp because they leave the milk. So disappointing when someone orders a shake, I hope that it is refreshing what it was not definitiw. And the sink and cheese taste like the filling is cat food. I am so sorry to leave such a negative review, I hope only that this chain can bring its act together one day. it really seems like everything is done very carelessly. will no longer give chance. they go better into a smaller bakery where the people who work there take care of the quality of eating and service, not a chain restaurant where the employees just try to come by. I have lived my whole life in miami and the smaller bakeries never fail.

The best service and eat in the opposite. I love this bakery. the owners are super friendly and everyone is very attentive.

So I called this morning to place an order. Because it was a Saturday and I knew there would be a line I chose to call. The first attempt I was put on hold,then hung up on.Its fine it happens. When I called back,I was informed that I could either wait on hold or just come in and wait in line. They didn't have time to take my order because they were doing ÜBER and were full.This has been my favorite bakery for 8 years. I come from 52 avenue in Miami Gardens and pass 4 other bakerys to go to this one.This is unacceptable.I went to the one on Miramar parkway and it was fine. I will no longer be going to this location.I don't believe I'm being unreasonable. But the customer service was seriously lacking. Its a shame.

Food is average at best sadly. The service is really lacking. The wait is always really long. They have a numbering system but don't always use it. So do we stand in la line people make or select a number as indicated on the sign?
