Sushi Sake Hialeah

Today I went to pick up some food for me and my kids, I spent 70$ in this place and when I got home I realize that the food was hard as a rock, old food from a refrigerator, even my kids food was old food. I’m really disappointed since I used to travel to this specific location because the food was so good. Safe to say not coming back to ANY sushi sake restaurant. What a waste of money.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu that I specifically asked for a kid was so hard as if you put food from yesterday in a refrigerator and try to eat it after leaving it on a counter to warm up. I’m really sad and feel robbed.

Worst sushi restaurant. The food is horrible. The vegetable fried rice had no vegetables. They delivered the food to the wrong address and when I called they said could not do anything about it. No customer service, so rude

I’ve been eating at this place for years, my wife and I are fans of the tuna tartare. My problem is that downsize it is now, it is smaller everytime I go.

I ordered the chicken hibachi for $24 and all I got was about 4 oz of chicken, 2 oz of mostly onions, and fried rice. Also, despite the place being mostly empty on a Saturday (Now I know why), the server took a while to bring us additional requested condiments. Furthermore, the staff in general was very dry and rude at times, in fact, it felt like we were not wanted there. Overall, it was possibly the worst service I have received anywhere, yet it does not surprise me since I am in Hialeah after all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
