Smoothie Spot - Hialeah

The costumer service was amazing I got attended by Jazmin, I really recommend getting attended by her she makes the best smoothies there! And It was quick I didn’t have to wait 20-30 mins for my smoothie.

I intended on grabbing something to eat and started to order through their self-service kiosk, and it was taking long to load and giving me error messages, so with many tries, I ended up giving up on it. I waited for someone to ask if I needed any assistance and got many looks but couldn't get anyone's attention without me calling out across the way. Finally, when someone asked me if I needed assistance, they explained that I either needed to get in line for food or another area for a smoothie. I explained that I tried to order on the kiosk, and it wasn't working, and all I wanted was a wrap. So, I went to stand on the other side where I figured the line would be because there weren't many people to make a line. After a gentleman who came in way after me was starting to be attended to instead as I stood there. I was still waiting to be serviced. After that, I waited a few more minutes for someone to take my order before I ultimately got upset and left.

I have received nothing but the best service especially from Carolina who I believe is a supervisor there. The food is always fresh, I love the fact that I can pick between a heavy wrap or a ball that I can literally break down into two separate meals. Love the attention, love the food, and sorry i always ask for extra beets ???
