Mcdonald's - Hialeah

I call this superb place many times since I love the good air that is unique to this restaurant. The crew is extraordianrillyremarkably friendly and skilfull. The service is impressively quick. Not to mention, the food they prepare is perfect. I frequent more than once and I was never disappointed. The pay is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.

A LATIN MALE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME IN THE LOBBY THIS MORNING AS I WAS PREPARING MY COFFEE IN THE LOBBY HE RUDELY DISREPECTFULLY TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF THE RESTUARANT.. THERE WERE NO SIGNS THAT THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED IF THEY DIDNT WANT ANYONE INSIDE THEY SHOULD OF HAD A SIGN UP.. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT TYPE OF SERVICE... HE NEEDS TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS... I WILL BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO VISIT THIS FRANCHISE.. RESPECT AND COURTESY SHOULD BE THIS STORE 1 RULE.. MY MONEY IS TOO GOOD FOR MCDONALDS AT THIS HIALEAH LOCATION... PERIOD

Always order my burgers without mustard pickles to get it done fresh for me and since they ask me to park on the side and wait then I always request to serve my fries when they get my burger this way fries are hot fresh ?

Bad. Do not go to this McDonald! Everybody who works here do not know what they are doing at all. I had a $50 bill on me and they said they don't accept 50 dollar Bill's and they did not help me at all. You need $20 to buy food. Close this McDonald's down! They make their own policies!!! Corporate needs to shut them down or change the full staff.

Customer Service and education is a big part of the process. If your employees don't know that, you certainly need new employees. Businesses close due to the lack of both of them, no doubt about it. One of the worst places ever.
