Marco's Pizza - Hialeah

I ordered a pizza at 9:08 PM, and the cashier told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, it wasn't ready until 10:03 PM.

I ordered a pizza online at 7:30 PM and arrived to pick it up at 8 PM. When I introduced myself to the cashier, he told me he couldn't find my order. He eventually located the ticket, but my pizza bowl had not been prepared. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pizza bowl to be cooked and ready.

"Let me share my experience with you... The food was incredible, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. Life felt pretty good. But then everything took a turn... ???? "

It's not uncommon to encounter issues with orders here, such as incorrect toppings, wrong sizes, or misplaced items. During my last visit on a Tuesday at 6 PM, there was only one young worker handling both the kitchen and taking orders.

It took a long time to prepare a single pizza. Additionally, the pizza wasn't sliced properly.
