This is a fantastic spot for placing orders in advance. The interior is spotless, and the customer service is friendly. The food is excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Rating: 5/5 for food.

I ordered two empanadas, but they were stale. When I returned them, the manager came over and asked if I was Colombian and if I had ever tried Colombian empanadas before. First of all, what difference does it make whether I'm Colombian or not? I've been coming to this location for over 15 years, and I won’t be coming back again. It's unacceptable for a manager to be confrontational with a customer about their dissatisfaction. After that encounter, my waiter didn't check on us even once. I had to flag down another waiter just to get a to-go box and to settle the bill. In the end, I left a 0% tip.

The food is fantastic, but what really stands out is the exceptional customer service! Today, May 6, Alejandra was incredible—so kind, quick, and attentive. You should definitely hire more staff like her!

The hot dog are okay. Service was alright for the amount of people there. They have 2 milk shakes for the price of one on Tuesdays.

It would have five stars if there was a changing table to babies, that makes me feel like its not a family friendly location. Other than that the food tastes good and the service is okay.
