Bidrage med feedbackIt’s 8:07, and there are no donuts available. The place closes at 10, and we've been informed that there won't be any until tomorrow morning. Honestly, this is quite disappointing.
The customer service is excellent, and orders are prepared quickly, allowing for an immediate dining experience.
I'm not sure if I arrived too close to closing time, but the donuts were disappointing. The jelly-filled one seemed like it had been left out all day, and the glazed donut looked as if it had been dropped. I really wish I could get a refund for this experience.
I'm not picky. as long as they make my egg cheese croissant as they have been in the last 25 years, and they have strawberry frosted donuts, we are good. but really, everything tasted fresh and the donuts were soft.
The ordering process was fine. But the order fulfillment part was painfully slow took 30 min from the time I ordered till the time I received my order.3x latte, 3x sandwiches.To make matters worse I was not the only one affected.Not sure if it was related to understaffed location (1x at counter, 2x in the food area, 1x at the coffee area) but the speed I felt was bad.Calling up the orders was done by repeating the order and not the order number which added to the delays . because food and drinks were mixed up by different customers.Please either provide better training, head count or let another business take the space.
