INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a sandwich over the subway app, to be picked up on my lunch break at work. It was supposed to be an outlaw steak and cheese, with spinach, jalapeno, banana peppers, and extra pepperjack (add cappicola and bacon). When I went to pick up my order, I didn't have time to check it in store as I was on a time crunch and needed to get back to work. When I finally got time to open my sandwich, the bread was correct. That was all that was. It had turkey, American cheese, lettuce, no peppers, no steak, no added bacon or cappicola. I don't eat turkey so I unfortunately gave my sandwich to a coworker and didn't have lunch that day. I do not think I'll ever return to this subway, I feel cheated, especially when I paid extra for added meat and cheese, and received a completely different sandwich. I even left a generous 15% tip which I now regret. Save your money and drive the ten minutes to Newton if you want Subway, this one will definitely screw up your order!!
