Potty Pancakes - Hertsmere

I would never order from this establishment again. I cannot believe how rude and awful the manager of this place is. The owner/s need to reconsider the level of customer service if they want to please customers.

I had a good time at this restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. However, I was let down by the dry pancakes and had to ask for butter to make them more enjoyable. On the bright side, the milkshake I had was delicious.

The staff and service at this restaurant were top-notch. They were friendly and went above and beyond, especially since it was my grandson's birthday. I couldn't ask for better service.

It was our first time going to Potty’s for breakfast and we were very excited at the menu. The inside of the restaurant is run down and the tables very close together. Although the staff were friendly the service was extremely slow even though they were very quiet. Once our order was taken it then took a very long time for our food to be brought to our table. The food itself was average at best, the sausage on on of our dishes was disgusting and burnt. Overall, I would not recommend.

Have been here a few times with the kids and it never disappoints! The staff are always friendly and attentive, no matter how busy it gets. Great choice for vegetarians. I like the fact that they don’t just do pancakes, other American staples can also be found….eg burgers!
