Kfc - Hertsmere

We visited this shop last week at 10 pm. The menu and everything else were normal. The coleslaw was not fresh and the chicken seemed to have been reheated after being cold. I did not enjoy the taste. In Turkey, Thailand, and Germany, the taste is similar but not here. However, the workers were very nice and helpful.

After frequenting this KFC for several months, it is clear that the staff does not prioritize the quality of the food they serve. While occasionally you may receive freshly cooked chicken, more often than not it is dry and unappetizing. It seems they are neglecting regulations by leaving the chicken in the warmer for extended periods beyond its optimal freshness.

Just had KFC first takeaway in lockdown it was the most terrible thing we have had chips Luke warm and soggy chicken also luke warm, sweet corn cold but not too bad. Went through just eat weather that was why it was cold don't know because it was 15 minutes later then expected time. Sorry KFC not very impressed at all

The food I purchased was not fresh, and the women who served me were very rude. They did not ask me which drink I would prefer, and when I pointed out that they forgot to give me the chips I had ordered and paid for, the women simply made faces instead of offering an apology. I felt like I was bothering them by ordering my food there, so I will never purchase food from this place again.

How foolish was I to give them a 2nd chance? 1st order took 4.5 hours to arrive cold. 2nd arrived and stone cold! No drinks no salads, both were forgotten. Rang to complain but wouldnt answer the phone, now got to chase the refund. Never buy from KFC Borehamwood again
