Arby's - Herrin

We were given undercooked food. I have never had pink roast beef from Arby's. We had takeout, so we had to drive back to the restaurant. They didn't even bother to give us new sandwiches and said this was normal/cooked correctly. We went back home and ended up having to microwave the meat. I made the mistake of putting it back on the same bun rather than using fresh bread. Now I have stomach cramps 2 hours later. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with fast food.

This location was super clean. The staff was amazing friendly. They got the order out very timely. Thank you for having a great team during our visit!

New sliders are delicious. I received the wrong one, and they quickly made me an extra, resulting in my getting to taste all 3. Very nice.

Big thumbs down, Arby, on the same price shakes that are much smaller sizes as of 2-3 weeks ago. You're no different than DQ now. That's a major disappointment because that's the one menu item you had that kept me coming back consistently and it filled the bellies for those of us on a budget. Big thumbs down.

Service was not too friendly at the window, and they were out curly fries. But the crazy part is they were out of ice with No boil water order.
