Quesadilla Grill

Apparently this place recently opened, it seems to be a copy of Albuquerque's "Quesadilla Grille" . The menu is small and has limited choices for dietary requirements.The concept is a bit confusing, as it seems to be a fast food restaurant: From the entrance they guide you through "footprints" on the floor that explain the ordering process but by the time you reach the counter they tell you to take a seat and someone will take the order.They have a drinks bar available to the public, however the clientele seemed to have limited use of this bar.Pros:The sauces for the quesadillas are tasty.They offer corn chips while you wait for your quesadilla.Cons:Although the menu is simple, it has limited options regarding choices for dietary requirements.It seems the staff lacks training and knowledge of the concept, Is it a fast food restaurant? Is it an à la carte restaurant? If it is an a la carte service, it lacks a menu at the table.It seems they haven't yet measured the portions of their ingredients, this was a Saturday 11:00 AM and they had no more than chicken, and on their menu they offer Sirloin, Arrachera and another meat cut (in the end they got some Arrachera, which made me doubt if they were really offering me the portion relative to the medium quesadilla)The service is friendly but very slow, they take too long to attend, prepare and serve the food.The person in charge of the grill doesn't have enough experience, the Arrachera Quesadilla I asked came with carbonized pieces of meat that detract the quality of the food.Tips:The medium-sized quesadilla has a good size, enough to satisfy the hunger (Although you fill yourself with the corn chips they offer as snack while you wait).They offer soda refill.

Nice place, exelent service but the taste of all ingrdients mixed on the QUESADILLA is a most to try !!!!!!!!!!!!

Quite large serving size for a reasonable price. Good service, and good food quality.Different types of quesadillas are offered, all food portions have a quite large size, with a reasonable prize and refills offered for drinks. Friendly and clean environment. Good for a quick, casual and reasonable priced meal.
