Chipotle Mexican Grill - Herndon

We ordered 4 taco entrees for about $40 after tax. We received 4 individual tacos. Does the team really not do this on a daily, if not hourly, basis? We didn't request 4 entrees and pay $40 for 4 tacos. Let's use basic thinking skills, team.

If I could give zero stars I would. How many more complaints do this chipotle need before head quarters come and fix the problem. My bowl I requested was a mess, the servers and cashier where all unprofessional and didn?t want to speak english and threw my food in bowl, this was my first time back here since last year and the service still didn?t change. Secret shoppers need to come back so places like this can improve.

Chipotle is one of the best foods i had and that will be one if my default option when i am confused about what food to eat. I really like their options for bowls. Chipotle staff has been very nice and friendly where ever i go like in a different state or so.

The workers at this specific location are extremely rude I must say. One of the worker accidentally added sour cream after me saying no sour cream she didn?t bother to apologize nor re-made my order. With my husband?s order when he asked for more corn she got rude and said if you want more take it as side and you have to pay extra. I don?t mind paying extra but I don?t believe chipotle has ever charged extra for wanting one ingredient more than other while ordering veg burrito bowl or charged less if I don?t want few ingredients!! They didn?t even gave us time to get rewards. Being nice to a customer doesn?t cost you anything.

Ask they guy to warm up each tortilla separately and he denide. He said the tortilla was warm enough that was his job and if I would like to touch the tortilla. Not the customer service anyone should be getting.
