Hardee's - Hermitage

I am usually pretty forgiving when it comes to food service, but I have to say, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Every time I order a burger, it arrives cold. Today, I waited in line starting around 10:20 and even returned to the line to make sure I could get a burger. By the time I reached the window at 10:30 when they start serving lunch, I was eager to eat. However, when I finally got my burger and took it to the parking lot, I was disappointed to find that it was cold. It was the first burger served at lunchtime and yet it was still cold. It seems like they may be making the burgers ahead of time and storing them in the refrigerator. For those who love burgers and want to avoid food poisoning, I would not recommend this restaurant. I will not be spending any more money here.

The breakfast used to be the best, but recently I ordered chicken and biscuits and they were overboiled. They should not have been served.

I didn't stay for long but somehow lost track of time. The food was amazing and so was the service. I will definitely be returning.

Friendly service. The food was hot and fresh. I hate that they took away the Beyond Thick burger ?.

I always get their breakfast egg and cheese biscuit. Never fails me for a fast food breakfast on the go.
