Everything went well with my order. I recieved everything I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon mushroom and mayo. also ordered the tater tots.

The Crispy Chicken Tenders had a frozen taste to them, while the Waffle Fries with Cheese were decent.

The restaurant did not give me the items that I ordered and substituted them without informing me. The chicken was too spicy for my liking, and when I called to inquire, they mentioned that they were out of the original dish so they made a substitution. They also promised to refund me $10 for a $21 order.

Why can't I order a sandwich with all the fillings at Buffaload instead of just a sub?

Italian sub wasnt good. usually is. it only let you pick one topping now and they forgot it. it was greasy. way too much mayo.
