Dunkin' - Hermitage

Very clean Dunkin store with very friendly staff and quick service.Parking: There is plenty of free parking and easy to get in and out except if you are driving a bus

Very busy place, super well organized and fast. Order was correct and hot

It all depends on your preference. I do like their sandwiches and BUT when ya order it online, and by the time you get it (5-7min later) to pick it up and its already cold, then when i get home, have to warm it up. If I ordered it when I'm there, it's nice and hot.

Simple drive thru order; a hot latte, a single order of bagel minis, and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. They had me pull forward past the window as the food portion was still being made.Both the sandwich and the bagel minis were warm but not hot and ended up taking nearly 5-10 minutes for them to be given to me after pulling away from the window.Also got the latte and did not get the special combo discount price on the bagel minis.

This Dunkin' Donuts has declined over the last few years. They put very little icing on top of the donuts, very little filling inside the jelly and cream filled kinds, and they have less of a variety of donuts than they used to have. We used to come here often years ago when the donuts used to be great, but I don't plan on coming back any time soon. Very disappointed in Dunkin' lately.
