Great place for ramen, can get it spicy or not and can add or remove anything. The jinya signature tonkatsu black was delicious!

This restaurant has earned it's 5 stars with beautiful dish preparations and fresh flavors in all their dishes. They are a jewel of Hermiston for sure, it's rare to find quality Sushi in a town like this. The dishes are beautifully decorated and they complement the atmosphere of the place very well. I strongly recommend you stop by and try it out

I've been here twice in a span of two months. I'd have to say I'm ok with it when I need my sushi fix. The sashimi entrées came with a side of miso soup and salad with a creamy ginger seasme dressing. Presentation was very pleasing to the eye and taste wise fairly good. Sashimi was best placed on the ice. All was very filling, and worth the money. Disappointed that the salmon skin salad wasn't crunchy, the spicy salmon handroll wasn't spicy, and both times I have been here service was a bit slow but I had time to wait. Overall experience was pleasant, I'll return when ever I'm in town and craving sushi.
