Village Food Halaal - Hermanus

I was in Hermanus for two years and unfortunately I found this gem only in my last six months. If I knew what I know now, I would have weighed at 5000kg. The food is absolutely amazing if there were 6 stars, they would get it from me. I never had a disappointing moment. You can preorder and simply collect. I recommend if you are In Hermanus, make this goal an amazing lunch and if you bring back to cape Town bring a bra a Gatsby my China.

Bought XLarge chips, wow was the best slap chips I ate in a very long time. It was enough for 3 people. Friendly service and open mostly until midnight. Prices are very good, 500ml coke in glass bottle only for R10-00. They are famous for their Lamb Curry

The staff is friendly. The food was also good and generous. Seems the community of Hermanus also enjoy the food as there are many regular.

Nice clean business. Good with lots of imported goods in stock. The food was a little dirty, but the portions were quite generous

Takeaways before 6pm. Their calamari I think is 5 star. At about or R70. Their hake is not bad either. Many customers just come in and order cheap takeaway chips, which also seems good.
