The selection of wine tasting was great! Staff very attentive. We came with our 2 years old so the garden area was the best option. For wine lovers it is certainly a great place to taste local wines in the Hermanus region

The Wine Glass in Hermanus certainly lives up to expectations. They offer an extensive selection of wines and tastings, including specific grape varieties. The food is quite good, with the Thai mussels being absolutely delightful. However, some dishes could benefit from a larger portion of ciabatta on the side. For instance, the baked feta was served with only one slice of ciabatta, which was roasted and halved—far too little bread for such a generous portion of feta. Overall, the food, wine, and atmosphere were all fantastic; we actually visited twice over the long weekend. Rob, the house manager, was an excellent host!

Great wine tasting for everyone on a student budget! Beautiful location, surrounded by art galleries. Will definitely go back with the rents and taste the food. If you are a student who does not waste your money on clothes you do not need, you can definitely eat here.

I had the opportunity to taste six wines for under $10, which is incredible! All the wines were local and truly excellent. The staff were very friendly as well. My favorite was the Shiraz!
