This restaurant has fantastic fish and chips, excellent service, friendly staff, and a clean and tidy atmosphere. I have never had a bad meal here.

This restaurant is a wonderful gem with lovely and welcoming staff. It is always clean and the food is delicious, especially their Chinese curry sauce. The prices are great too, so be sure to give it a try - you won't regret it.

I was waiting outside while my boyfriend placed our order, and the way the staff looked at him when they delivered the order was completely inappropriate! Additionally, charging 1.60 for a small portion of sauce is completely unreasonable. While everyone's standards may differ, the customer service at this restaurant was unacceptable and in desperate need of improvement.

Awful customer service and food Portion sizes are ridiculous, some of the order felt and looked like yesterday’s left over. Most chip shops in Hereford, a large chips covers 2 adults, 2 small children. This one really does not. When called to complain, the owner challenged everything! Wasn’t expecting a refund or more Just a gesture for future reference and she asked if i “expected half a bag of spuds for my money” Horrendous people, horrendous food, horrendous customer service. Stay well away.

Great size portion of chips, but fish is small, shame but all the food taste great. BTW they do not deliver
