Pizza Hut - Herefordshire, County of

I ordered a pizza delivery and informed them of my allergies, which they handled very well. There was a mix-up with the toppings - I received pepperoni instead of pineapple, but they quickly rectified the mistake and were very apologetic. The delivery driver was friendly and quick, providing perfect service.

This was my second visit to this restaurant and hopefully not my last. My partner had business in Shrewsbury so we stopped by on our way home to Cardiff. We were not disappointed. The pizzas were delicious; I ordered the veggie hot and he had the double pepperoni. The salad was fresh and tasty. The service was good.

The service was terrible. I waited by the door to be seated in a quiet restaurant while the staff seemed indifferent. Once seated, I was informed that I had to order and pay online through the app. The buffet was disappointing, with plates mostly empty and a long wait for more pizza to be brought out. The salad was wilted and the tomatoes were moldy. I will not be returning. Hereford, you have disappointed me greatly.

The waitress was really nice and friendly. It was clean but it was card only for payment, they didn't take cash which is legal tender. We did notice there was only 3 other tables in there maybe that's why as it's card only. I use cash that way I know how much I have spent and cash is king. I'm not giving in to those who think they have right to take away our freedom Such a shame but another place I won't be going to because of this reason.

Most of the crockery was dirty and also the walls of the toilets weren’t clean although I enjoyed the salad bar in the middle
