Bush Inn - Herefordshire, County of

Had wanted to go for ages but left disappointed. We had the picnic bench and went on a Friday evening hoping for a good atmosphere, we were the only family in there apart from 5 other people. We'd booked months ahead for the picnic bench which we'd been looking forward to and at £24/head we were hoping for something special.However, we were disappointed that this only included 1 x hot dog, a a small portion of nachos and cheese, a small basket of chips, a scone, jam and cream, a cupcake, brownie, sherry glass of Pina colada and a small glass of a bubblegum flavoured soft drink. It was nicely presented and is a novel idea but with 2 cokes and a pint the total bill was any eye watering £82 which I really feel does not represent good value for money even if the experience (sadly without the atmosphere) was different.

Came here with friends for a birthday celebration. Afternoon tea was excellent and reasonably priced for what we had. Shane was super accommodating and friendly. Highly, highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Lovely Sunday roast. Easy to book, excellent welcome and good service. Parking is easy and certainly a place for visitors to the area to go when staying north of Hereford. Be aware when booking the Sunday roast, the servings are generous, come hungry!
