Very much a local pub in the week, this said very friendly, good selection of drinks, not too expensive and a short walk to the city. next to a parking space with 24 hours parking and a small beer garden from the back, for which the weather is good. there are no food, but the usual bar-snack warps and nuts and a short walk of two chip shops.

A few flat steps, so not 100% wheelchair friendly, but workers and hunters more than happy to help me! really friendly people are again for more :

One of the few pubs left that has not be character assassinated with plastic soulless furnishings and faux warehouse style 'artwork '. Well worth a visit.

I haven't visited the pub myself, but the paid parking nearby is quite affordable and convenient for getting to town.

I first visited this place in 2010 and was welcomed by friendly bar staff as well as some of the most interesting people I've ever met. The drinks are affordable, and they offer all-day parking, making it a great option if you plan to shop at the nearby mall. The pub is always clean and has music playing, so I would definitely recommend it to others who ask.
