Mcdonald's San Francisco - Heredia

Maybe I'm just too picky but, the staff doesn't seem to be well organized and twice they've given me the wrong thing. Also, the floor in front of the counter is always sticky. you just get the feeling that something else in the place isn't clean. Whatever you do, don't come here at lunch time. The staff seems to fall completely apart and you may get your order by dinner time.

EDIT BELOW!!! This is a 2 story McDonald's and is very close to a Wal-Mart. The second story is where the play area is located and was very hot but they had an air conditioned area off to the side where we had easy access to the playground. The service was a little slow but they were attentive and helpful. Edit: went back and it was so filthy. Not a single clean table. Everyone has to clear their own table to sit. Spilled drinks all over the floor. Just gross. Will hesitate to go back.

This McDonald's place has consistently failed the simple orders. I told the manager on shift the air conditioning was not working properly in the second floor, no action was taken. The second floor cleaning was bad as well. Not the normal service or neatness found normally in McDonald's in Costa Rica.

This is the worse McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to, every time I go it sickens me that all the tables are dirty, customer service is poor and they don't pay much attention to what they're doing when it comes to preparing your meal. AVOID IT OF YOU CAN.
