Gaylord's Caffe Espresso - Hercules

This is a nice spot for a quick coffee and pastry. I really liked that there are a lot of small tables. I came in a bit later around 6pm and it was crowded but I was able to get a table with my friend. They offer wi-fi and the coffee and food was good and a good price. The other thing I really liked about the place is that it is open until midnight! This is a good find considering that a lot of coffee shops in the area close around 7pm the latest (this is why it earned its 5 stars). It's a great spot if you can get over the limited parking

The only café in the neighborhood open till midnight. Perfect for getting work done. Vibe is geeky/nerdy with the two Pac-Man arcade tables (which also serve as coffee and work table... how cool is that! Additionally, sometimes DJ’s will spin records into the night. You might not even notice them... but look above the entrance... it’s a mini stage! This place has character.

Beautiful caffe with a lively atmosphere. the coffee was excellent, perfectly made to my taste. this caffe is open late, which is a plus and much space for a group. Give this a try!

A sweet casual coffee shop. they have a series of baked, the espresso is really delicious. I had a cappuccino with cinnamon and muskatnuss. it can be warm and frothy. my friend ordered the Mexican mocha. it has chocolate, zimt, muskatnuss and cayenne pfeffer for a little seasoned! so delicious. we sat at the window and enjoyed people watching while getting friends.

I am a lover of coffee and I do love the espresso drinks at Gaylord's cafe. Just as much, I love sitting there reading, people watching, studying, meeting friends or listening to music. Been coming here for years, and as I've grown up, I've watched others grow up too. Some are old friends, others are strangers who I've seen change over the years, but do not know their names. I can hypothesize about what they are really like, but the mystery remains. But while people may change, one things stays the same.. they still come back to Gaylord's cafe. People aside, the coffee drinks are quite tasty just as long as you avoid the coffee itself. In other words, stick with Espresso. Love the lattes, which created like an art. The cafe has been renovated recently, and I don't much like the new look, but it doesn't matter. I'm loyal to this cafe. I highly recommend giving it a chance. After all, it's my favorite on the entire West Coast!
