Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Henrico

Great customer service of the staff. Currently they can only take cash and they are still nice and polite, even with the difficulties. Besides, the food and the smoothies were still perfect as usually good work!!!

This Tropical smoothie is hit and measured. The smoothie never tastes the same and the sandwiches are either extra crisp or damp and soggy. Today they had to revive my smoothie twice. The second time it was worse. I took my watered smoothie and left. Will try again during another layer.

Too much socialization continues while people are in a line to a register without cash. But at the moment a pretty girl walks in, all hands are on deck. We need to improve the staff.

I couldn't tell who worked here and who didn't. Smoothie had full sugar in it and I asked for half. Too much, too many employees play around and stand around. I'm driving too far... this place could use some cleaning, training and professionalism.

This keeps happening over and over over the last month or so. Im completely annoyed at this point. They keep adding full sugar to my smoothie even though i say half. And the added tomatoes!!!!!!! I literally starting to hate this place
