Jamba Juice - Henrico

I love this place so much. Staff are very nice, especially the gentlemen who work during the morning shift! He puts so much care in my smoothie bowl at the point where it just looks too nice to eat. As someone who can’t have milk, you can’t go wrong with their blue vanilla sky or smooth talc’ mango! I am happy that a local Facebook group recommended them to me :

So happy to find a Jamba Juice in Richmond! I was just looking for a juice, but the menu offers only basic carrots and other juices. I was looking for something with mango, pineapple or another exotic combination. I had the choice of a Caribbean smoothie It was not disappointed. It was delicious and worth the $5.89 I paid for it. I'll be back soon where I know their location. The last time I had Jamba Juice was in California. I am so glad to find one here not far from my house in VA!!

Best smoothie place in Richmond. Never disappoint. 10 times better than Tropical smoothie. Reminds me of the old Greensboro location, which was also excellent.

I love an orange carrot twist if I want to do something nice for my hard-working immune system, this season of colds and flu! So fresh. In summer, my kingdom for an Aloha pineapple. Thanks to the Jamba Juice Short Pump staff for always excellent service. All I met there were so friendly and helpful.

Hours are listed as opening at 8, got there at 8:25 yesterday and the doors were locked and no one was there. I was really craving a smoothie and had gotten off the highway and caught the short pump traffic, this was such a let down! No signage or anything explaining why they were not open when they were supposed to be. EDIT: Jamba Juice Corporate asked me to fill out a form. Someone from the store personally responded and offered a free smoothie. They stated the opening employee had an emergency. I understand these things happen and I’ve had other decent experiences at this location so I’m changing the review from 1 to 4 stars.
