I do like that this was heavily seasoned and slightly overcooked, gave a zing to it that I liked and I?d like to shake the cook?s hand. My -1 star complaint is that it was so crispy that half the patty fell on the floor after taking a bite so Icouldn?t devour everything.

My daughter is in love with Short Pump branch. No matter how crowded it is stuff is making it fast and easy and you always have a place to sit inside or out. Beautiful decor of Short Pump mall gives a special atmosphere. ????

My family and I attended the annual tree lighting ceremony last night and the entire mall was incredibly crowded! In need of a quick dining option, we chose Chick-fil-A for their mobile ordering service. Despite the app moving slowly (which was expected due to the high volume of customers), I placed our order and it indicated that it was being prepared by team members. After waiting ten minutes with no update on the app, I approached an employee named Jay to inquire about the status of my order. Concerned that we wouldn't have time to eat before the tree lighting ceremony, Jay went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one. Despite not being able to locate the order in their system, Jay refused to let me pay for the meal and insisted on making it right. He was incredibly helpful and determined to provide excellent service, even on a hectic evening. We were extremely grateful for his assistance and were able to enjoy our meal promptly thanks to Jay's exceptional customer service. He truly is a rockstar!

The French fries were 2/3 undercooked and cold, and during my last visit, my mom's chicken sandwich had a tough part with red veins, similar to a bone. The manager did not acknowledge our complaint and simply provided another bag of undercooked fries and a replacement chicken sandwich that also tasted unpleasant.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious! During this visit, I was given a diet coke instead of the regular coke I ordered, which is why I gave them a 4 out of 5 rating. Typically, I would rate Chick-fil-A a 5 out of 5.
