Phyllis Court Club - Henley-On-Thames

We visited this restaurant during Royal Regatta week. They have a lovely garden for drinks as well as an indoor bar. The service at the bar was quick and efficient with plenty of staff available to assist. The restaurant offered delicious food; I enjoyed the salmon for my starter which was a generous portion. For the main course, I chose the Cray fish Marie Rose which was also excellent. There were various dessert options including cheesecake and apple tart, but I decided to go with a selection of cheeses from around the world. After enjoying some drinks and a short boat ride, we had afternoon tea in the garden. The tea included salmon and cheese sandwiches along with tea, coffee, and English scones. Unfortunately, cameras were not allowed so I wasn't able to take any pictures of the food.
