Twentse Bierbrouwerij - Hengelo

The place looks nice, the service is good and friendly. I think this is a nice place to go and seat for bears and nachos with friends. I liked the atmosphere I did not like their food so that would be my reasoning for going back to this place. We ordered as appetizer nachos and a portion of ribs, they were ok. For main course I had a burger that I did not enjoy that much, I think my main problem is that I was expecting a burger that was tasty and less complicated and for those, I have many examples but Im not going to mention names. This burger instead had a mix of vegetables between raw and cooked that was impossible. I had grilled tomatoes in my dish and raw tomato in my burger, I had cucumber and pickles, lettuce and a side dish of grilled zucchini., carrots and more. It was very confusing and defeated the simplicity of a simple but tasty burger. I like veggies but not all at them in my burger is confusing and some flavors are meant to be simple and that's the beauty of the dish. I hope they improve a bit because as I mentioned before it is a cool place.
