Wingstop - Hendersonville

So excited to finally see a dedicated wing restaurant in Hendersonville (that isn?t Buffalo Wild Wings ???? Tried the garlic Parmesan wings and absolutely loved them. I was also super excited to see the fancy drink machine.

The food was good wings fixed to order. Celery and carrots were fresh and crisp. They actually gave our food away and had to remake our order. But they were so kind and apologetic and offered us a side item for the inconvenience. The atmosphere was nice with piped in music. Brandi was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. I will visit the next time I'm in Hendersonville. Check them out!

Looking forward to the wings too. Didn?t know Hendersonville had one. Been open since March. Next to McKenzies jewelry. Will edit review after I eat. I am excited

Just spent 7 minutes on hold, figured they had forgot so I called back and now they just keep putting me directly on to hold. I have a question about an order I've already put in, I shouldn't get ignored immediately after spending $50 on two separate orders. Their refusal to pick up the phone has half of my order just sitting there because doordash won't pick it up, since we tipped on the first order, and the Wingstop employees took forever to answer the phone then didn'tmake sure both order were taken.

I?ve now tried this new location five times, and will not be returning. I have waited 30 to 45 minutes every time to get a simple wing order. Today was the last straw after I placed an online order and it said it would be ready within 16 to 21 minutes, yet when I showed up to pick up my order 30 minutes later it wasn?t ready. It also took nearly 5 minutes just to get someone to help me on the front counter while the cooks just starred at me and kept talking to themselves. SoI patiently sat down and waited 15 minutes before I finally got up and nicely told someone that I placed an order over 45 minutes ago yet it?s still not ready. She then turned around and saw my order on the pick up shelf but couldn?t tellme how long it?s been sitting there even though they knew I was sitting there waiting for the last 15 minutes for my food. I love wingstop and was excited to find out I would have one close to the house, but I?ll just stick to having itfor lunch from a Nashville location.
