Waffle House - Hendersonville

Just left this location with my family. MAKAYLA was very rude and didn’t bother swinging by our table to refill any of our drinks, as the restaurant was not even busy. We even went as far as to getting up to get her attention to bring us silverware and for her to refill our drinks. She was acting busy, the whole time, occupying herself with meaningless movements, and doing anything to avoid coming back to our table. Great location but horrible worker. Ask for another waitress if she greets you.

As much As i come to this location I haven’t had any problems until having Makayla as my waitress. She took my family’s order and ended up bringing the wrong order. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issue, she instead gets defensive and states, “ you didn’t order that”. I am an understanding person, but at least shows some type of customer service and apologize for the minor inconvenience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Great location but has a worker that lacks work ethic.

Makayla was a horrible waitress! She spit on my food. The manager said I’m tired of those people! What do you mean “those people” just because I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community does not mean I should be treated horrible! I’ll take my money to Dennys! I only come here if I have a stolen credit card!

It was so......cold that we walked it, sat down and left without ordering. I wish I knew what the temperature in this restaurant was that day.Waffle Houses in general always seem cold but this day it was ridiculously cold.There were no other customers in this restaurant which is understandable.

This was my first time going to a Waffle House. NEVER AGAIN! This place was filthy! Food all over the floor. The staff lacked management direction. No one wiped off tables. We sat for awhile before our order was taken. Someone in Executive Management please step in and do not let this location in a great part of town become a financial risk. Those young people working the night shift need direction. Including the night shift manager.
