Taco Bell - Hendersonville

Came to this location pretty late because we had been working. Employee at drive through would not take our order and told us they ran out of protein 10 minutes before close. I understand running out of 1 or 2 things, but this seems like a ploy to not make any more food in order to be able to leave early. Horrible customer service from our minimal interaction and we won’t be back (but does a big Corporation like Taco Bell really care? .

I gave them 3 stars because the food was good. Terrible wait times for a fast food restaurant and I was skipped over by people that came in after me. The drive-thru was backed up and barely moving so I went inside. I ordered on the kiosk thingy, and waited like everyone else sitting in there. After 3 different people came in and ordered, then got there food and left, I walked to counter and told them I wanted my food or my money back. Miraculously, they made my food and gave it to me. This all took 20 minutes......for Taco Bell!!!!!!Food was spot on though!

I usually don’t make a big fuss about my order being a little messed up from time to time, but this will be the absolute last time I ever go to this location. My order was right this time, but the quesadillas were burnt. I normally check my food before leaving but I was tired today. I called the restaurant…again and the manager apologized…again, but then said “I know there is no excuse for this, but we do have two grills that are down” ? So the solution to your store’s problem is to sell burnt food and the customers just need to understand?? ? please shut down now!

I was informed by the employees in the drive thru this location closes at 12am, glad I drove across town to find out. Online hrs are listed as closing at 1am.

Exceptionally pleasant workers and food is always fantastic!
