Subway - Hendersonville

I picked up dinner tonight and was attended to by a wonderful gentleman who was working solo. He was incredibly friendly and efficient, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service! The store also looked spotless and beautiful.

The food was delicious, and there was an intriguing experience involving someone who appeared to be a Hulk Hogan impersonator.

The meatball sandwich is fantastic, and the steak and cheese is really tasty as well. You can enjoy a satisfying meal at a great price.

I'll order a foot long roast beef bottom. The girl goes to the toaster, and I'm saying you can double that? , she takes it out, puts more cheese on it and then puts it in the toaster. I looked at her and said I wanted it to be twice roasted. She said I thought you wanted double cheese, I said no, double roasted. She said I had to charge you for the extra cheese, I said I didn't ask for double cheese, but since you already did, you can leave it there if you want. She then pulls it out of the toaster in the middle and pulls off half the melted additional cheese and throws it in the garbage. Unbelievable. Update 12/5/17, I thought I would give it another try.... I was wrong. Owners, YOU FOR THE ENTIRE STAFF AND START ON!!! A star is too much. You go here one day and it's good, the next, terrible. CONTENTS Rude employees also if you complain. Update 3/15/22 MUCH IMPROVED! Sign says under new management... Everything was great today.

I believe the individual who took my order was named Haylee, and they were great! Very friendly, and went above and beyond to get me some banana peppers.
