Subway - Hendersonville

Was great the first time. The second time I went at 8:10am Saturday and there was no one there. The store was closed and all the lights were off when it clearly states that the hours are that they open at 8am on Saturdays. It says this online as well as posted on their door.Don’t go for a breakfast sub or you’ll have to find somewhere else!

Decent sandwich, great employees unfortunately they as with all other subways were bought out by Indians same as they did our hotels and has stations in the 80s.Kid-friendliness: My child wants them to bring back the 5$ foot long

Got a sandwich but skipped the condiments since they didn't look good.

LOVE THIS SUBWAY! The employees are so nice and they always have fresh bread! Definitely my favorite Subway!

Rude employee with blue hair needs to go!! If Subway values customer service at all, it will fire this guy! I stopped by the Subway near Drakes Creek this afternoon around 2pm. There were 2 teenage boys placing orders in front of me. Along with their sandwiches, they ordered pizzas. This apparently triggered the worker because he had to walk 10 feet to retrieve a pizza from the freezer in the back. He said, You know they sell personal pizzas next door Pizza Hut? The customer politely said, I think Subway 's pizzas are better though. Not only did the employee try to steer business away from Subway, he insulted this customer 's taste by stating, That 's like going to a place that specializes in chicken and ordering a barbecue sandwich. Awkward. Then when I placed my order, he asked if I wanted them heated. I did. When he turned towards the oven, he rolled his eyes impatiently because there was still 30 secs left on the timer for the pizza to cook. I moved down the line so the other employee could put toppings on my sandwich, the blue-haired kid began to berate a lady in line behind me. She ordered dbl meat on one of her sandwiches and that seem to set him off. He said, Ma 'am, that 's 12 pieces of meat you 're asking to be put on your sandwich. Yeah...I REALLY don 't think you want that. She was reading it off a piece of paper, so it was clear she wasn 't ordering it for herself. She was clearly embarrassed. The two young women who were in line behind this lady were understandably infuriated at the way he spoke to this woman. They just looked at each other and said, Unbelievable! and they left without ordering. When he asked the lady to repeat something, she spoke slowly to him. He then replied dramatically, Ma 'am, You. Don 't. Have. To. Speak. Slowly. For. Me. To. Understand. You. I just needed you to speak louder. This woman was so polite but I pointed my finger at him and said, You have been so incredibly rude to her! You should be ashamed. I am quite certain Subway lost more than one customer today.
