Starbucks - Hendersonville

I just want to say I have never experienced bad customer service EVER at Starbucks until I walked in and Stevie was working. She didn’t greet me, I stood there we stared at each until she said how can I help you in an unpleasant tone. I should have immediately started recording. I can’t make this up. I was looking for the platinum/silver Starbucks cup. I asked if you all had any more. She replied again in an unpleasant tone um Idk are you talking about the stanly cup? I said idk I guess it’s just a Starbucks cup it’s silver she says I mean the only thing we have is what we have out. I replied okay, let me get a medicine ball please. Her whole attitude was unnecessary unprofessional. I watched her be kind to her coworker exchange laughter then turn it off when she had to interact with me. It was extremely rude uncalled for. All I did was walked in to Starbucks as a customer I can’t be the only one to have an unpleasant experience with Ms.Stevie? Some jobs aren’t for everyone. My drink was made by another young lady with blonde hair, she was kind professional. This was 1/03/24

There pick up time on the app is always wrong. It normally takes 20min longer than it says

The workers are so nice and the food was great I really liked the drinks too.

I came in today and ordered my typical pink drink without ice. I was informed target starbucks now has a policy to only fill it half way if it’s without ice. The two ladies who took and made my order were beyond kind explaining this because I hadn’t heard of it before. I wish I could have gotten their names because they went above and beyond to be helpful and kind.

They never adhere to their posted hours and close early. I went to target a few days ago with the intention of getting Starbucks first (because I’m an exhausted mom! I go to the counter and the two workers say, oh sorry we re closed. And I said, it’s 7:51 what time do you close? The employee said we re closing early. I even said so you can’t Make me a latte? And he said he nope, I shut down the espresso machine. This has happened to me more than once where they close early. Don’t waste your time and just go to the Starbucks across the street!!
