Panera Bread - Hendersonville

Panera was great. Then everything became salty. Now it's bland. Very sad. The biggest issue today was the dirty interior. The doors, counters, tables, bathroom and mirror. It needs a cleaning

I absolutely love this Panera !I go there all the time and get DoorDashI always get my beverages bc of the stickers they put on the bags ! Love thatStaff is always so friendly.Breakfast food is amazing too!

I love when the autumn squash soup is back in season along with the chipotle chicken sandwich. Last night I ordered through the app and it was ready when I got there.

I came to Hendersonville to eat lunch and to work since I’m in the area. I asked for wifi info and was told that there’s no password but then was told that it was down and the manager Mandy was not interested in assisting me. It’s crazy how it’s 2022 and people still are acting like they don’t know how to provide good customer service. Will not be back and I hope this store gets a better management soon.

We paid $22 for a group soup. It was supposed to feed 4 people. What we got was soup for 1 person and the most terrible bread ever. We got more plastic utensils than food! Will never go back to Panera! Not enough food for the buck! Even in this day and age!!!
