Culver's - Hendersonville

There was a lot of negative buzz around the customer service of this culver especially. that is understandable, workers are also human and sometimes people have bad attitudes. but my last visit to culver was wonderful, despite the fact that they were more wrong. I sent it back and they corrected it without asking while they were very polite. eating that I got was also good (a bit overhauled, but that's my personal preference) overall I understand how the service can be bad, but I feel as if they have improved over this kovid and flu season.

Bad customer service I've ever received. the people here don't know what they do. first they do all their drive up thru customers. there are like 8 cars waiting before the trip thru. I ordered the regular size mixed in m

I am deeply disappointed by our experience in this culver’s. we sat in one thing that is to be expected so that this review is not taken into account. However, after we had paid at the window, we waited 15 minutes. that in and for itself would not have disturbed me if our order had been properly done. we ordered $32 worth eating. we ordered 2 double butterburgers with cheese with ketchup, senf and pickles. then we ordered a third double-butterburger with cheese, but especially without rolls (what we have said they were in the position to do) and added speck and nothing else. what we received was a single with cheese with tomato and tweeping and everything else and a double with the same. then the special did not have a bread sandwich and no speck. also in our order was a side of cheese curds, 2 pommes and 3 water that were correctly included.

I really don't like this place. eating is not so big and they serve pepsi, sucking. but my children like it so I eat. the only reason I give them a 5 stars is the personal at this place. the children running the place are great. I was sucked at some other places (all because of my children) and this place. this is different. this has a 5 star staff!!! bravo zulu to a job well done!

Enjoy eating here. Tonight we ordered the cod sandwich and onion rings. Very good and filling. Realize everything is going up but that is the only reason for the 4 stars as I think they are a bit pricey.
